The UPMC Vocational Training Center supports the belief that people with developmental disabilities should be empowered to plan and direct their lives. The Center provides a flexible continuum of vocational training and employment supports to help our program participants make informed choices about their vocational goals. Our facility-based program provides vocational and functional training with a focus on job readiness skills. Our supported employment program offers individualized assistance in exploring, acquiring, and maintaining competitive employment for both adults with disabilities and transitioning students.
