The Provider Alliance is a not-for-profit association for organizations providing supports to people with intellectual disabilities and their families. TPA is committed to addressing organizational challenges more effectively and efficiently through collaborative efforts, information sharing and the constructive exchange of ideas.

The member agencies provide services to persons with intellectual disabilities across Pennsylvania.  TPA members have identified and prioritized areas for collaboration in an effort to increase the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of customer-focused  service delivery. Prioritized areas include:

  • Developing Strategies to Improve Staff Retention and Recruitment

  • Collaborative Training

  • Sharing/Purchasing Member Services

  • Group Purchasing

  • Understanding the PA Intellectual Disability Service System
